OMR was selected to develop a Feasibility Study/Schematic Design to allow the Town of Lincoln, MA, to evaluate alternative solutions for the transformation of this 142,000 gsf K-8 school, which is currently composed of multiple linked buildings in a campus-style setting.
The project mission is to create an organization and identity for the upper and lower schools and to bring the school in line with the Town's overall sustainability goals. The project is proposed to be comprised of 87,000 sf of renovation and 53,000 sf of new construction.
