This private residence in Concord, MA, was designed with an emphasis on natural materials, daylight, and integration of the interior with the surrounding environment. The home inclues many "green" features such as a geothermal well for efficient heating and cooling, low to no VOC finishes and sealants, abundant natural light to reduce power usage, and sustainably harvested (FSC certified) and recycled materials.

The owners worked closely with the designers throughout all phases of the project - from site planning to tile selection. At OMR, collaboration is a highly valued part of the residential design process. Working closely with clients allows designers to move from designing a house to designing a "Home".
