This 1950's cape had multiple dormers and additions prior to the Owner's desire for one last addition to house a chef's kitchen and master bedroom suite. OMR designed the spaces to maximize the views to the woodland gardens while maintaining the scale and character of the existing house. Except for a new roof and insulation, no work was performed on the front of the house, while the rear has been transformed from an inward experience to one that opens and envelops the existing natural setting.
