Cardigan Mountain School, in rural New Hampshire, is a boy's independent junior boarding school for 200 6th through 9th graders. OMR worked with the school to provide a master plan to compliment their 2020 Strategic Plan vision. Work included focusing their goals and values, a campus anyalsis, space utilization evaluation, programmatic needs evaluation, phased planning, and an implementation strategy. Through a series of intensive meetings , OMR helped to facilitate the faculty and administration into a unified vision to carry forward with their master plan.
